In 2017, I had the unique opportunity to capture a milestone event at John McGlashan College's 100th anniversary celebration. The photo was taken in the stunning backdrop of Middlemarch, Otago, during the annual rail trail event. To mark the occasion, we organized 27 Year 9 students to form the number "100" and another group of 27 bikes arranged to spell out "JMC," representing the college's initials.

Droneshows is at the forefront of aerial entertainment, creating stunning visual performances using drone technology that captivates audiences with innovative storytelling.
In my role, I focused on designing and developing drone shows using Blender and Skybrush. My key responsibilities included creating detailed 3D models and animations of drone formations, utilizing Skybrush to simulate and visualize drone performances in various environments, and collaborating with the production team to refine concepts and integrate feedback. This experience allowed me to enhance my skills in 3D modeling and animation, understanding the technical aspects of drone choreography and performance timing, and working in a collaborative environment.
